Where are you located?

Melbourne, Australia - everything is currently handmade here. 

 

What do I do if an item I want is sold out?

If something you had your eye on is sold out, you can email us at info@allorae.com and we'll do our best to restock, or make the item available to you. 

*restock requests are considered subject to demand

 

Sizing

Size guides can be found on each individual product page for more accurate measurements of each garment. We currently offer 3 sizes : S, M and L

 

Returns policy

At allorae we hope you adore your pieces, however if there is any reason for wanting to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible. 

All garments must be in original condition, unwashed, with tags still attached. All items may be returned within 14 days of receiving of your order, and a store credit or refund will be issued.

Please note that in this instance, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage unless there is an issue with the quality of your order. In the case of a faulty item, a full refund may be issued.
