We ship using Sendle and Australia Post to offer you the easiest and quickest experience possible. Couriers may differ during International handover, depending on the courier services available in the country of import.

Items shipped outside of Australia are subject due to taxes, duties, handling fees and / or other miscellaneous charges defined by country of import.

These fees are not included in the cost of your order, as stated in shipping descriptions at the checkout. Therefore these fees are ineligible to be reimbursed by Allorae.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Allorae is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to our parcels once handed over to the courier. If you suspect that your parcel is lost, please contact the courier stated in your order tracking, or email our team at info@allorae.com.

We are unable to provide compensation for any issues regarding postage.

If you have entered the wrong address at the checkout, please email us immediately so that we can change it to the correct address.
