RETURNS

At Allorae we hope you adore your pieces, however if there is any reason for wanting to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible. 

All garments must be in original condition, unwashed, with tags still attached. All items may be returned within 14 days of receiving of your order, and a store credit or refund will be issued.

Please note that in the instance of a change of mind return, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage. If there is an issue with the quality of your order, and in the case of a faulty item, a full refund may be issued.

To complete a return, please email us at info@allorae.com with the subject "RETURN" and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  

EU CUSTOMERS:

Customers located in the European Union now have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without giving a reason. If you wish to withdraw your purchase, you must notify us of your decision within the 14-day period and we will proceed with our returns process.
